Your tasks

  • You will start with an extensive training with our colleagues from Germany and get to know systems, colleagues and our self-developed EDI software.
  • As part of our global support team, you are the contact person for national and international customers and prioritize and process customer inquiries
  • Whether applications or operating systems - you keep an eye on messages from our monitoring system and initiate the necessary steps in the event of an alarm
  • We want to continuously improve, and for this we need your help: with solution documentation, process descriptions and instructions for IT colleagues and users, you can contribute

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed technical training, ideally as an IT specialist (m/f/d), system administrator (m/f/d), IT businessman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, but also passionate career changers are welcome
  • Ideally, you already have some experience in IT support, IT application operations and / or system administration
  • Changing shifts in 24/7 operation are no problem for you
  • The alpha and omega: solution orientation, team spirit, initiative and commitment
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
