To keep it simple - your commitment to us

  • You will be a key part of an agile and dedicated team responsible for 3rd-level technical application support of our product suite, and will be available as an escalation contact to the customer support team for pre-qualified requests.
  • Monitoring and expanding our product monitoring (CheckMK) are also on your broad and always interesting agenda.
  • With experience and help of modern tools (Confluence, Jira, Rancher, Saltstack, Git) you plan, control and realize software releases.
  • The project business is not neglected either, whether optimization, ensuring high availability or customer migrations, you can drive these very independently and contribute your experience.
  • Your expertise is also required in active incident management - including root cause analysis and resolution measures.
  • Last but not least, we trust you to work closely and confidently with our Application Management and Development teams.

Simply convincing - that's what you have up your sleeve

  • Successfully completed IT training - for example, IT specialist, alternatively a comparable qualification
  • Experience in the operation and administration of servers based on Linux (Ubuntu LTS)
  • Advantageous, but not a must: basic knowledge in Docker, Rancher, Saltstack, Git, Nagios or similar technologies
  • English skills is mandatory and German skills is an advantage
  • Analytical foresight, confident crisis management in time-critical moments
  • Communication skills and a clear customer orientation
