EDI Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • You will start with an extensive training with our colleagues from Germany and get to know systems, colleagues and our self-developed EDI software.
  • As a team member in 1st and 2nd level support you will be the contact person in the EDI area for national and international customers
  • You monitor and control our EDI systems and EDI transactions and are responsible for the analysis and solution of occurring errors and problems
  • You analyze mappings, source code and scripts and make adjustments, if necessary.
  • For continiously improvement we need your help: with solution documentations, process descriptions and instructions for IT colleagues and users you contribute to that

 

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the field of IT or a comparable qualification, but also career changers with relevant IT experience are welcomed
  • You have experience with scripting languages
  • Knowledge of national and international format standards such as EDIFACT, XML or IDOC and certificate management are desirable
  • Ideally, you already have experience in IT support, IT application operations and / or system administration
  • Working hours between 07:00 - 22:00 aren't problematic for you
  • The be-all and end-all: solution orientation, team spirit, initiative and readiness for action.
  • Your profile is rounded off by very good German and English skills
