To keep it simple - your commitment to us

  • Managing and controlling the local (sales) team and reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales Europe
  • Proactively selling and developing our business of the whole Retarus cloud portfolio
  • Responsibility for achieving sales targets in Spain
  • Ensuring the expansion of local sales activities
  • Presentation, solution sales, contract negotiations and customer care on CXO level
  • Attending trade fairs and Retarus Group events
  • Working closely with your sales colleagues in Madrid and abroad (e.g. HQ Munich, France, Italy), such as Technical Consulting, Marketing, Legal and Pricing

Simply convincing - that's what you have up your sleeve

  • At least 5 years of experience in selling dedicated SaaS/cloud/security solutions to high-end customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Relevant experience in generating new business and motivation to have great impact on the growth of Retarus in Spain 
  • Your ambition is sales: Willing to get things done, relationship-oriented, and confident to negotiate and communicate
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated attitude to excel in a fast-paced and collaborative international environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
