Your tasks

  • You are first contact for our customers of different services
  • You track, follow up and document all requests and forward them to the appropriates teams 
  • You coordinate and monitor different requests and until tasks are closed
  • You contact our customers pro-actively and help to increase customer satisfaction
  • In case of any issues, you act as moderator and coordinator in between customer and retarus

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship
  • Good communication skills in time or business critical situations and escalations
  • Your work is well organised, structured and transparent
  • Several years of experience in customer communication in business-to-business environment
  • A profound quality in apprehension
  • A good understanding of communication technologies and protocols would be helpful
  • Your native language is Italian and you do have very good knowledge in English
