The Implementation Specialist will lead and manage the implementation projects for customers ranging from Fortune 500 to SMB clients during the post-sales onboarding phase. The Implementation Specialist will work closely with customer Senior IT Admins, Retarus Sales Managers and Technical Consultants to help customers’ set-up and integration with Retarus Cloud Messaging Services. 

Your tasks

  • Assist customers during the onboarding process and in other post-sales implementation related questions
  • Setup Retarus Cloud Messaging Services like eFax, E-Mail and SMS
  • Act as a Project Manager to make sure the customer has a smooth transition experience
  • Organize and lead trainings for existing customers and prospects
  • Analyze customer's current and future communication requirements and recommend solutions based on customer need
  • Follow processes for development and integration when custom applications, API integration, or specific security requirements are needed
  • Prepare and deliver executive level presentations

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, IT or other equivalent majors
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Service or related role
  • Technology background preferred – must understand SAAS environments
  • Familiarity with programming techniques (REST/SOAP API, JSON, XML/XSL)
  • Experience with relational databases and applications (Exchange, Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Practical exposure to Windows, Unix/Linux, MAC OS X
  • Ability to speak with senior level technology contacts
  • Customer driven and eager to learn 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Eligible to lawfully work in the United States without future sponsorship requirements
  • Willingness to travel from time to time as needed
  • Willingness to take and ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
