To keep it simple - your commitment to us

    • Build and develop relationships in the relevant sectors, with a focus on the most strategic and enterprise-grade customers
    • Positioning the Retarus value proposition
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospect identification to contract closure
    • Develop relationships with decision makers, overcome their objections and become their trusted advisor
    • Define the activities necessary to grow in the assigned market segment
    • Improve satisfaction of assigned customers, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to ensure long-term strategic direction
    • Forecast sales cycles, prioritize resources effectively and manage workflows
    • Effectively coordinate internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction

    Simply convincing - that's what you have up your sleeve

    • 4+ years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud IT Services with focus on one or more of the following areas: Applications, Security, Messaging, Workflow
    • Previous background in managing and driving high-end customers throughout the sales cycle
    • Positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude to excel in a fast-paced and collaborative international environment
    • Good pipeline management and ability to meet assigned targets
    • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • A former experience in one of the following sectors would be beneficial:Manufacturing/Automotive/Banking/Insurance/Transportation/Hospitality/Healthcare
