• You discover and understand the needs of customers and the market when it comes to secure and reliable communication solutions and translate them into user stories and the product line team
• You help to design services that users love and thus create added value for customers
• You support and guide the entire development process from idea to go live, in an agile and cross-functional team
• You maximize the value of a product by ensuring that the right work is done at the right time

• You have a degree in the business or technical area or a comparable qualification and maybe some work experience
• Your in-depth technical understanding allows you to assess what is and is not feasible
• You keep an eye on technical trends and can classify how they affect the roadmap
• You communicate with the developers on an equal footing
• You are fluent in English
