The Marketing Manager at Retarus will be responsible for spearheading the strategic initiatives through multiple marketing tactics. He/ she will drive the marketing strategy by interfacing with Retarus’ US marketing agency to translate vision to direction, lead execution of campaigns, manage creative assets, work on timelines and deliverables as well as collaborating across teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end process.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional skills in communication, attention to detail, and prioritization. He/ she will have traditional and digital marketing experience, along with the ability to manage multiple projects to further the effectiveness and efficiencies of the growth marketing goals.

  • Work in close collaboration with Retarus’ full-service marketing agency to drive engagement, lead generation and opportunity creation.
  • Manage all facets of development from timelines, planning and production, through to approval and delivery for Retarus’ growth marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with internal departments (including global marketing, product marketing, management etc.) to collect, define, and understand all initiatives and broader needs.
  • Oversee all US-centric marketing tactics including but not limited to SEO improvement, lead generation, PPC, CRO, Social Media, content development to help drive the Cross Vertical, Cross Product strategic approach.
  • Support the growing salesforce in the US through lead generation and sales enablement. Ensure a smooth lead workflow between multiple platforms (CRM and HubSpot)
  • Continually develop knowledge of growth marketing specifications and best practices to enable change that drives team towards efficient, high quality delivery.
  • Lead strategic brand recognition through variety of outbound and inbound marketing efforts, PR campaigns, social media, tradeshows & local events.
  • Set targets and measure the efficacy and efficiency of the work. Develop reports to measure the health of marketing campaigns, collaborating with analytics in the process.
  • Promote team cooperation and create a successful work environment by working effectively with cross departments in order to create and improve collateral, trainings, best practices, coaching, tradeshows, and other projects as fit.
  • Additional responsibilities may include providing market research activities, design-based work as needed, various market assistance and project management, and helping improve the current program offerings.

Basic Qualifications

  • Masters in marketing, business management, a technical field, or related field is required.
  • 4+ years previous work experience as a marketing professional is desired.
  • B2B Agency experience is a plus.
  • Responsibilities should have included execution of marketing strategies, demand generation, and analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Technology background preferred – must understand SAAS environments.
  • Ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of brand development and online marketing concepts.
  • Solid strategic and project management skills, detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficiency with MS products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe, HubSpot, CMS, and CRM tools.
