Service Manager (m/f/d) 

To keep it simple - your commitment to us

  • You are a central contact person for selected national and international large enterprise customers
  • You review the service delivery in compliance with defined standards for our most important business customers and partners
  • You create service reports and conduct regular service review meetings together with your customers (also on-site at the customer)
  • You are responsible for measuring, calculating and controlling the contractually agreed Service Level Agreements
  • You continuously work on improvements and further developments of the technical and organisational processes
  • You are a sparring partner for sales and technology and ensure sustainable customer satisfaction

Simply convincing - that's what you have up your sleeve

  • You have successfully completed technical training or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the ICT environment and / or experience in dealing with demanding business customers
  • You have at least good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have a passionate customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • You have a structured and independent way of working
  • You are authoritative in your statements and have a high degree of service and customer orientation
  • You are a team player and enjoy solution-oriented networking
  • You have very good German and English skills
